Our new design PVC-free banners are: Eco-friendly Non-toxic and fully recyclable Fire-resistant Conforms to fire safety standards Wipe-clean Easy to keep clean and smart Custom-printing Vibrant HD UV-printing Better for the environment, while still retaining the same great qualities as traditional PVC. They're phthalate-free and non-toxic. B1 and EN13501-1 rated for fire safety, making them a safer option for your business. Easy to clean, with no need to detach and machine-wash - simply wipe down whenever needed! Available with single or double sided prints (mesh is for single sided prints only).
Which banner fabric should I choose?
You can choose from three top-quality cafe barrier fabrics to suit your requirements: 360gsm Polyester: Our polyester banners have a PA water-based coating, making them strong, tear-resistant and easy-to-clean, with a long lifespan. 360gsm PVC-Free: This PVC-Free option is robust and waterproof, being an eco-friendly choice with all the benefits of traditional PVC. It has a grey backing to ensure full opacity for vibrant prints. It's also wipe-clean and fire-resistant. 180gsm PVC-Free Mesh: Perforated PVC-free fabric - wind can pass through the mesh, without causing it to billow. For single-sided prints only, as the reverse of your banner will be unprinted. Artwork may look slightly lighter, as light passes through the fabric. Seams are closed using strong adhesive - no stitching means you don't need to worry about them fraying over time. The banners are fully recyclable and non-toxic, making them a greener option for your business. Artwork is directly printed on both sides of the Polyester banner for double-sided prints, and the same applies for the PVC-Free banner there is a white block print added to the grey backing first.
