Do I need a Black Poster Snap Frame?
Most businesses today use Snap Frames in some way as they are the easiest and clearest way of displaying posters in a variety of business types from retail and leisure through to hospitality. Clipable snap frames make it easier than ever to replace posters and keep them looking their best, thanks to the protection offered by the UV-resistant, anti-glare PVC cover. This product is available in a A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 or A0 frame size.
How do I change the poster?
Thanks to the front opening clip frame, you can update your poster without having to remove the frame from the wall. The frame clips open on all four sides so you can remove your current poster. Then you place your new poster and the protective cover back in place and the frame will click shut to hold everything in place.
How thick are these black wall frames?
The frame on this product is 25mm thick, creating a 10mm poster edge overlap on each side and a strong grip on your poster. The frames come pre-drilled with discreet fixing holes on the back ready for wall mounting, and the unit is optionally available with either fixing screws or strong adhesive pads.
Is this frame available in other colours?
Yes, this Clipable frame can be powder coated in almost any colour. This frame is RAL colour 9005, but if you don't see the colour or size you are looking for, please let us know as we manufacture bespoke items on request.
What is the frame made of?
The frame is made with a high-quality grey styrene back panel with a flexible UV-resistant, anti-glare PVC poster cover, and a powder coated aluminium black frame. These frames are not fire resistant as standard, but we do stock these separately .
Can I use the black snap frames outdoors?
This frame is suitable for outdoor use, however we recommend you print onto waterproof paper when using outdoors to fully protect your print. The frame can hold a poster with a maximum thickness of 1mm. For outdoor use the frames must be mounted onto a flat surface. Our Clipable frames have a lightweight design so we recommend displaying the larger frames (A0 and above) in a sheltered area that is not exposed to extreme weather conditions. In rare circumstances, strong winds may loosen the protective cover causing it to blow away, thus exposing your poster.
