What is the flexible panel sign made of?
The smaller panel is made from 0.9mm aircraft-grade aluminium, while the larger size is slightly thicker at 1.2mm. These panels are known for their excellent strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to corrosion. The base is manufactured using part-recycled materials and the whole unit is fully recyclable, helping reduce environmental impact. Due to the nature of the recycled materials used, there may be imperfections in the base. A secure wedge system is included to keep the panel firmly in place.
How does the FlexPro panel fit into the base?
Setup is simple and tool-free. The aluminium flexible panel slots into a robust wedge, which is then inserted securely into the recycled base. This user-friendly design keeps the outdoor display board stable and upright, even in gusty conditions, ideal for busy retail or public environments. You can buy replacement panels if required.
How does the custom printing work?
Once you've placed your order, simply send us your artwork via the link we will email to you. We'll take care of the rest! Your design will be digitally printed directly onto the aluminium panel for a crisp, professional finish that’s weather-resistant and built to last. You can choose to have the same design on both sides of the panel, or supply two different designs (one for each side) at no extra cost. It's a fantastic way to maximise visibility and make the most of your branding.
